Gail's Roma Tomato Pie

Tasty, cheesy unique dish!

5 or 6 Roma tomatoes sliced and drained

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 TBS plain flour

pie shell

1 cup mayonnaise

3 oz shredded parmesan cheese

fresh basil


Place sliced tomatoes into uncooked pie shell.

Combine sugar, salt, pepper and flour. Sprinkle mixture on tomatoes.

Combine mayonnaise and grated parmesan cheese and add to dish.

Add basil to taste.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
