Chocolate Cobbler

Deliciously chocolate sauce with brownie like cake floating on top. It will become a family favorite.

Ingredients

Step 1

1 1/2 sticks butter

1 1/2 cups self rising flour

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons cocoa

1 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup milk

Step .

1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons Cocoa

2 1/4 cups boiling water

2 1/4 cups boiling water

Directions

Step 1

In long baking dish, melt 1.5 sticks butter. Combine, in separate bowl combine 1..5 cups self rising flour. Add 1 tsp vanilla and 3/4 cup milk. Mix well.

Pour the dough into the baking dish. Do not stir.

Step 2

In separate bowl, combine 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons Cocoa and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Sprinkle mixture over entire contents of baking dish. Bring 2 1/4 cup to a boil. Gently pour water over mixture. DO NOT STIR!

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Delicious served warm topped with vanilla ice cream!
